This course centers on an intensive study of selected issues, such as drug abuse, alcoholism, smoking, pollution, mental health, teenage problems, the aging population and AIDS and AIDS-related situations confronting society today.

III. Other Course Requirements - 16 credit hours

Students in Human Performance and Recreation will enroll in a total of four (4) hours of Honors Thesis to develop and complete the requirement of a senior project or thesis. Additionally, students will complete twelve (12) hours of free electives.
