  This course exposes teacher candidates to methods of teaching physical education to children with emphasis on games, physical fitness, perceptual motor activities and rhythms. Emphasis is on health factors that influence the ability to attain and maintain optimal wellbeing. This course includes the typical developmental tasks and physical problems experienced by children.
